Pettit Environmental’s Project Supervisors and Crew Leaders are required to complete a Job Safety Analysis prior to every job.
This lists the job scope, proper personal protective equipment to be worn, location of safety equipment and supplies, nearest hospitals, special procedures that are to be adhered to while performing the work, as well as many other site specific guidelines that are to be followed. These forms are turned in to the management at the end of each shift.
The documents are reviewed to ensure that proper work practices and safety policies are being followed. Random job audits are also conducted and documented by the management staff to ensure that safe and efficient work environments exists.
